1. Service description

Marvelous Portfolio Intelligence (“Marvelous”, “we”, “us”) provides portfolio tracking, market-data dashboards, research signals, and educational content. Our outputs are generated from rules, market data, and AI-assisted analysis. They are intended to help you organise your own research, not to substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on Marvelous is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security or other asset. All signals, verdicts, scanner results, watchlist alerts, briefs, and commentary are research and educational opinions only.

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for evaluating the risks involved. Past performance of any signal or model does not guarantee future results. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

5. Data and brokerage connections

You may import positions manually or by uploading a brokerage statement. Marvelous does not execute trades, access your brokerage accounts, or hold your assets. Any connection you choose to make with a third-party service is governed by that service’s terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Marvelous to violate securities laws, transmit malware, scrape our services, reverse engineer our code, or overload our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

7. Intellectual property

All software, designs, text, graphics, and data compilations on Marvelous are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Marvelous is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Marvelous is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you did not pay.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after the changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
